Refund and Dispute Policy – Autofy Reports

At Autofy Reports, we are committed to providing accurate and comprehensive vehicle inspection reports. Due to the nature of our service and reliance on paid third-party data sources, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.


1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All purchases made through Autofy Reports are non-refundable once the report has been processed, regardless of the delivery time.

    We utilize paid automotive data APIs and tools to generate your report immediately after receiving your order.

    As each report incurs non-reversible costs, we are unable to cancel or refund completed orders.


2. No Refunds for Customer Errors

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The customer provides an incorrect VIN or vehicle details

  • The customer changes their mind after placing the order

  • The customer misunderstands the nature of the service (e.g., expecting a different type of report)


3. Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe a technical issue occurred with your report, please contact us within 3 hours of your purchase.

  • Valid concerns (e.g., receiving an empty report or being charged twice) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Valid Dispute Consideration (Reviewed Only Within 3 Hours)

We may consider a dispute if:

  • You received an empty or blank report

  • You were charged twice for the same report

Requests submitted after the 3-hour window may not be eligible for review.


5. Invalid Reasons for Refund/Dispute

Refunds or disputes will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • The report contains partial or incomplete data.

  • The report was delivered later than expected, but still within the stated 12-hour delivery window.

  • Claims based on unrelated third-party referrals or misuse (e.g., recommendations from Facebook Marketplace)

  • Allegations of fraud without valid supporting evidence, particularly after the report has been delivered.
